Chuski truck that packages a range of traditional Indian drinks — diverse in terms of where they’re from, their consistency, taste and visual presentation, into a single textured, sellable ice-popsicle

Started off as a joke to try to understand who or how much can one appropriate something for it to remain authentic

Is this a kind of fusion dish, a creative rendition? Is it authentic because I, being from India, am its author? Or is it a misappropriation of these cultural markers that I grew up with?

Identity plays with rather geometric shapes and an illustrative style that renders a uniform granular texture to them much like the crushed ice that chuskis are made of
