Mango is a regular width, low contrast text typeface with rounded serifs.

With rounded serifs and carefully balanced organic and precise forms, Mango lends a playful character to any body of text. Its tall x-height, low contrast and rather large counter forms make it ideal for use at small sizes.

Using Yann Martel’s Life of Pi as the source of inspiration, Mango was designed to capture the essence of vivid imagery inherent in the storytelling. Birthed during the Mango season of 2020 (and a global pandemic), it was a tribute to home. Some counters were designed to resemble the shapes of Indian mangos.
